Sleek Blush by 3 Candy Collection

As mentioned in my last post I picked up the new limited edition Sleek 'Blush by 3 Candy Collection'. I love the look of this product shown in the image below. Keep reading to find out exactly what I think of the blusher trio...

I have never tried Sleek blusher before but I have heard lots about them on other beauty blogs and Youtube. To me this looks like the perfect blusher and the colours look just right for the blushers I normally go for on a day-to-day basis.

As you can see from the images above, I absolutely LOVE the packaging. I really like the bright colours on the cardboard packaging and I feel the simplicity of the black casing makes it look professional and bares some resemblance to high end blushers such as Nars. I also like how the blush fills the entire packaging and there is no wasted room for things like a portable brush (which I never personally use). With there being 2 powder blushers and one cream blusher it is perfect for everyone what ever your preference.

The packing claims that the palette has been 'formulated with intense pigment' and I feel the image above shows that this is not a lie. When trying the product myself they are very pigmented, particularly the blush on the far left and right of the product. With the powder blushers I only had to apply a small amount on my brush and got a strong colour on my cheeks, as shown in the image below.

I was very impressed with the staying power of the blusher as the colour was still very much there at the end of the day. You can use the colours by themselves, as I did above (using the far right powder blusher) or mix the colours together to create your required colour and intensity. I also used a highlighter on the tops of my cheeks as I feel this helps to enhance the blusher and create a really healthy looking glow on your cheeks.
With the palette costing just £9.99 I feel this is a great price as you get 3 highly pigmented colours at a high street product price!

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone thinking of making a purchase and I hope if you do purchase this palette that you enjoy using it as much as I have!

Thank you for reading :)
